Victoria Tucker joined Boyette Strategic Advisors in January 2005 and has worked with numerous organizations on economic development strategies and public policy recommendations. Victoria primarily conducts research related to targeted industry sectors, company targets, business incentives, best practices from comparable cities, business retention programs, and marketing strategies. Victoria also manages special projects for the firm.

Prior to joining Boyette Strategic Advisors, Victoria worked for eight years as a human resources consultant in the banking industry. She holds a degree in psychology from Cornell College, and is an active member in Cornell's President's Society and Alumni Association.
A native Iowan, Victoria relocated to Georgia in 2004 and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, Imagine It! Children's Museum of Atlanta, and the American Heart Association. Victoria also worked on Senator John Edwards' 2004 Presidential Campaign in Iowa prior to moving to Georgia.
Victoria is an avid college football fan and lives in Atlanta with her husband Ryan and son Everett.
